Fandi Muhammad Hizbullah joined ERIA in March 2026 as a Programme Officer in the Energy Unit. In this role, he supports the coordination and implementation of regional initiatives, contributing to policy dialogue and collaboration across ASEAN and East Asia, particularly in advancing sustainable energy transition efforts.

Prior to joining ERIA, Fandi worked with the World Food Programme as a Partnership Associate, where he supported high-level engagements and government partnerships in the areas of food security and nutrition. He previously served at the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia, where he supported the coordination of Indonesia’s South–South and Triangular Cooperation initiatives and foreign aid programmes.
