Randeep Kaur is an experienced economist and applied research leader in digital technology. She currently serves as a Digital and AI Policy Economist at ERIA’s Digital Innovation and Sustainable Economy Centre. With a specialisation in causal inference econometric methods, Dr Kaur is passionate about harnessing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Prior to joining ERIA, Randeep was a science leader at Amazon Devices in the United States. In this role, she led multiple product lines, including Alexa, Fire TV, and Ring/Blink cameras. She advised on pricing strategies, demand forecasting, and the financial feasibility of new products, delivering actionable insights that helped propel these products to the forefront of the technology industry.
