Kuala Lumpur, 23 September 2025: On the sidelines of the 57th ASEAN Economic Ministers’ Meeting (AEM) and Related Meetings, ERIA President Tetsuya Watanabe met with H.E. Gan Kim Yong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry of Singapore.

Their discussion centred on concrete areas of collaboration in preparation for Singapore’s ASEAN Chairmanship in 2027, as well as on strengthening ERIA’s broader cooperation with Singapore and ASEAN.
